Who handles your data
- Association name: sss
What we hold
- Plot data: number, area, address, boundary on the map, water supply type.
- Contacts: name, e-mail, phone, and the relation to the plot (owner, co-owner, lessee, contact person).
- Membership: whether the plot belongs to a member, join and leave dates, meeting attendance.
- Account: e-mail, password hash, two-factor authentication data.
- Activity records: who changed what and when (never passwords, never ballot choices).
On what basis
Member and plot data is processed to meet the association's duties under the Lithuanian Law on Gardeners' Associations (GDPR art. 6(1)(c) and (e)) and its legitimate interest in running the association (art. 6(1)(f)). Optional things — showing your contacts to other members, newsletters — are processed only with your consent (art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Who can see it
Member data is not public. The board and administrators can see it; other signed-in members see only the contacts you chose to share. Data is not passed to third parties except where the law requires it or where the association needs it to operate (for example, an e-mail delivery service).
How long we keep it
Plot and membership data is kept for as long as the association needs it and the law requires. When membership ends, contacts are deleted or anonymised. Activity records are kept for a limited time and pruned automatically.
How we protect it
Personal data is encrypted in the database, two-factor authentication is mandatory, and each association's data lives in a separate database. The map carries no contact details — they are revealed only on request and only to those allowed to see them.
Your rights
- to see your data and get a copy of it;
- to have inaccurate data corrected;
- to ask for erasure where the data is no longer needed and no duty requires keeping it;
- to object to or restrict processing;
- to receive your data in a common digital format;
- to complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).

Software provider
The association uses the Sodo ūkis platform. The platform operator acts as a data processor — it handles data only on the association's instructions and never for its own purposes.
